How do I book?
Simply fill out the contact form below and I’ll give you a call. To secure your date and time, you’ll be asked to pay an advance of CHF500, which will then be used as credit towards your collection purchase.
Where do you live and how far do you travel?
I live in Zurich Zone 110 and I am happy to travel to your home or a favourite place of yours. The session fee includes travel within 25 km of my home. If you live further afield, I charge an additional CHF 1 per kilometre.
Do you work on weekends?
Of course! I am photographing families, so I appreciate that most parents have commitments during the week. And before you ask, no, I don’t charge extra for it.
How early in advance should I book?
Weekends tend to book up pretty quickly, so make sure to book about 2 – 3 months in advance. I am generally more flexible during the week and sometimes can even accommodate short-notice requests.
Will you give us advice on what to wear?
Sure! I am more than happy to create a colour palette for and go through your wardrobe with you to help you select the best outfits.
What if it rains on the day?
I don’t believe in the weather forecast 🙂 Because they are just forecasts and aren’t always right.
I tend to wait till an hour before the shoot to make a judgment. Together we will decide if we should postpone or go ahead. However, a shoot in the light drizzle can be just as nice as the surrounding nature is much more contrasty when wet.
Can you help us with location suggestions?
Yes! I can suggest a variety of locations in the mountains that are beautiful and easily accessible.
For Zurich City Sessions, I’ll take you on a tour along the well-known sights as well as to the hidden paths for a unique city experience.
There is also a range of wonderful parks in and around Zurich.
Do you charge extra travel expenses for mountain sessions?
No, they are already calculated into the package pricing. You only pay for your chosen package and your own travel.
When is the best time to do newborn photos?
I generally photograph newborn babies between 10 and 20 days. It will give you some time to adjust and your baby will still sleep enough for those cute sleepy newborn photos.
Do we have to prepare anything in advance?
Most of the preparation work will be done by me. You’ll find more info on the entire process HERE.
For outside sessions, you just show up with your family and in a good mood. For home sessions, I’ll ask you to tidy your home a little, so that we don’t have too many distractions in the background.
How can I prepare my kids and make sure they are up for it?
For most parts, I suggest not to pressure them and promise any rewards. Just go with the flow and enjoy a fun day with your family. For more detailed information, I urge you to read this article.
will the session be in english or german?
I am fluent in both languages. So, whichever is more comfortable for you, is good for me. It is your experience, and I want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable time.
How much does it cost?
Package prices start at CHF 1200. I offer different packages with various digital and printed products.
Most families fall in love with their photos and spend between CHF 2500 and CHF 5000.
When will our images be ready?
The choosing and preparing of your images usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. I’ll then be in touch to arrange the reveal session.
Family films, however, take around 6 weeks due to the intense editing time involved.
Do you edit all the images?
At the reveal session, you will be presented with all successful images from your session. These images have had a quick edit to correct white balance, exposure etc. Once you’ve chosen your favourites, I’ll edit each photo individually, giving them the final look as part of the photography process.
Can I receive the raw, unedited photos?
Raw or unedited images are not available for purchase. The finished product is an edited jpeg image, which is part of my artistic interpretation and the entire photography experience.
Do you also have albums?
Of course! I believe in printing your images. I won’t let you hang with your digital files, I offer albums as well as other printed products like wall frames.
Holding an album in your hand or seeing your family displayed proudly on your wall is something so magical. A treasure you and your children can cherish for a lifetime.
How will we receive our products?
You can download your digital photos via a secure online gallery. All your printed products will be delivered to your door.
